Personalized items and diaper cakes are not returnable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us for a return authorization.

Non-personalized products: If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused and must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Refund processing time is 10 days from the date received.
